  • Previous Qualification: Applicants should have successfully completed a Level 3 qualification (e.g., Level 3 Diploma, Certificate, A-levels, BTEC National Diploma) or hold an equivalent credential. Higher qualifications are also accepted.

•   **Hotel Revenue Management:** This unit covers forecasting, pricing strategies, yield management, and revenue optimization techniques crucial for maximizing hotel profitability.
•   **Strategic Management in Hospitality:** Explores strategic planning, competitive analysis, and leadership in the hospitality sector, including market trends and sustainability.
•   **Human Resource Management in Hospitality:** Focuses on recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance within hospitality settings.
•   **Financial Accounting for Hospitality Operations:** Covers financial statements, budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis specific to the hospitality industry.
•   **Marketing & Sales for Hotels:** This unit delves into digital marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), branding, and sales strategies for hotels and other hospitality businesses.
