• Making Reservations (telephone skills, polite requests, dates and times)
• Understanding the Menu (food descriptions, ingredients, portion sizes)
• Handling Complaints (polite disagreement, requesting service, expressing dissatisfaction)
• Paying the Bill (currency, tipping etiquette, payment methods)
• Restaurant Etiquette (table manners, greetings, basic conversational phrases)
• Describing Preferences (taste preferences, dietary restrictions, allergies)
